Event Daycare

Package 1 “Basic” Childcare Package (Event/reception coverage) 5 children minimum

In this package you’ll receive a qualified Activity Coordinator, age appropriate toys and games, movies, art supplies and group activities.  If you would like a craft project added to the package it will be an additional $50.00. For ceremony attendance it will be an additional $30.00

Package 2 “Classic” Childcare Package (Event/reception coverage) 10 children minimum

In this package you’ll have a qualified activity coordinator, age appropriate toys and games, movies, art supplies and group activities.

If you would like a craft project added to the package it will be an additional $50.00.  For ceremony attendance it will be an additional $30.00.

Package 3 “Deluxe” Childcare Package (Event/reception coverage) 20 children minimum

In this package you’ll receive a qualified activity coordinator and assistant, age appropriate toys and games, movies, art supplies and group activities.  For Ceremony attendance it will be an additional $40.00

Chaperones

Ask for more details about this service. Chaperones are $50.00/hour. 2 hour minimum required.

Attendance Guarantee

A final attendance number is due one week prior to the event.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit equaling the estimated first hour total is due upon booking and contract signing.  Than the final balance is split into two payments the first payment is due 14 days prior to the event and the second payment is due 2 days prior to the event.  If there are less children attending the event the last payment will reflect the difference in price. (15% gratuity will be added to the total bill.)

Cancellation Policy

“Basic” Packages 7 days prior to event

“Classic” Packages 14 days prior to event

“Deluxe” Packages 21 days prior to event

If for any reason you do cancel your package your deposit will not be refunded but any other funds that have been paid will be refunded in full.

Please follow our cancellation policy to avoid being charged the full event fee.

Our head activity coordinator is a certified teacher with the Durham District School Board and all of our assistants are over 18 years of age, have prior childcare experience, are interviewed and their references are always checked.  They also submit a criminal background check and are trained and evaluated by our head coordinator.

We offer 4, 6 & 8 hour package variations for each package as well as hourly price cuts for additional children over the minimum up to the maximum
