Package 1 - Wedding Consulting
Develop wedding theme, Devise a Timeline, Budget Breakdown & Estimate, Vendor Suggestions, Wedding Etiquette, & Address any other concerns.
Package 2 - Wedding Coordinator
One hour at the rehearsal, Up to 14 hours on-site on the day of your wedding where we will coordinate all vendor arrivals, setups, deliveries, clean ups and bar counts.
Package 3 - Basic Wedding Day Management
Review of wedding day details, timelines, up to three meetings leading up to the days and weeks prior to the wedding, wedding planner and assistant (if needed) on site, supervision and onsite direction of the ceremony, supervision of reception area setup, supervision of the wedding photo session, and on-site direction of wedding reception.
Package 4 - Wedding Day Management
Review of wedding day details, timelines, unlimited meetings leading up to the days and weeks prior to the wedding, wedding planner and assistant (if needed) on site, supervision and onsite direction of the ceremony, supervision of reception area setup, supervision of the wedding photo session, and on-site direction of wedding reception.
Package 5 - Full Service Planning
Planning, Quoting, Hiring, Details, Timeline, Setup, Tear down, Deliveries, Vendor Payments, Wedding Week Services, Budget Allocation & Management, Assistance in selection of vendors and review of vendor contracts, Attending vendor appointments, preparing and maintaining vendor appointments, full development of wedding theme including recommendations for decor, food, attire, favours and stationary and handling follow ups with vendors.
Package 6 - Full Service Planning & Coordinating
